I received a mail from google and it was related to the adsense account. The mail is as below.

This mail is self explanatory and for the people who have trouble understanding, it simply means that people are being tracked online and the tracking is going to be made use of for advertising campaigns. This is what Google wants to call Interest-based advertising. Although the name is new, it has always been under discussion and is also called behavioral advertising.
