What or who is Unoblogger (oo-noh blog·ger) ? (that would be me!!)

A new inititative from me, I am Amarnath Prabhakar, I am the guy behind Unoblogger. I host a blog already and it is World Cuisines.

What is new in this blog? you might ask before we get to that I have a few snippets on my blogging

- I have been blogging from Dec 2007

- I first started with a blog World Cuisines at this address “http://food-advisor.blogspot.com/”

- I started another blog Earn Money blogging again on Blogger platform. After just about 1 month I decided I wanted to host it myself and not depend on a platform like blogger or wordpress for reasons as below

- Branding - I wanted a brand and now I am the unoblogger (not yet though)

- Website I can call my own

- Better options in terms of monetization and publicity

- I am a self learner, I have absolutely no knowledge of the technicalities like html, css, php, mysql, etc.,( I am learning)

- I realised money can be earned through blogs. I started off blogging only to understand the world wide web (which incidently was for my full time job)

So, after about a year I am starting a self hosted blog. Why am I starting this blog?

1. I want to provide insights on this part of the world on the internet - The money part!!

2. There are a lot of people out there who are wanting to do something for themselves and for the people around them, they usually end up having their own blog or their own website. I want to guide them to my capacity.

3. Not many people would share their experiences they have had during the course of their online journey, the world is where we belong. I want to break this monotony and make this argument obsolete. I want to share my experiences. I have had a few and am having a lot more these days

4. I’ve been blogging for about a year now and the better part of these days went off without me understanding that earning money online on the net is a possibility. Now in a few months I am happy that I have earned close to about $40 through various sources

5. I want to warn people of the possible mistakes that can be committed while trying to earn money online. I’ve had a few pitfalls and I would want to share those with the people who are genuinely interested in earning money online
